ABSTRACT

The study explored the Effectiveness of Communication Strategies for Enhancing Organizational Performance at Barangay Cogunan Nasugbu Batangas. Phenomenological research design was employed in this study that involves five (5) participants using convenience sampling method.             

Participants revealed that the methods on communication strategies are communication channels, self-application, audience analysis and building trust. They also stated that channels of communication are mass media, social media, and internet forum while in good communication are active listening, feedback and visual communication. And the effective communication strategies they used are effective communication, communication within the organization and decision- making while in assessing feedback are feedback, being consistent in communication and active listening.

Moreover, researchers recommended that local organization prioritize investing by training programs to improve communication skills among employees at all levels of the organization. This emphasis on clear communication whom team members are aware in their roles and responsibilities. Leaders can ensure that messages are clear, concise, and easy to understand to avoid misinterpretation.

INTRODUCTION 

According to Z Arab (2019), effective communication strategy is a process through which the organizational works are supported by transmitting information to each other for having better outcomes and performance. Every organization whether public or private, needs effective communication in order to deliver its ideas, information, and solutions regarding communicative problems inside the organizations. 

Similarly, Hee (2019), said that effective communication boosts employee’s productivity. It builds team and increases employee’s performance and at the same time, it reduces employee’s turnover in the organization. However, weak communication in the organization will lead to loss of confidence and ineffective operation. Organizations that are deficient in their communication do not achieve the same performance as those that communicate well. 

In order to identify some communication strategies for enhancing organizational performance, the researchers want to explore different communication methods used by local organization in Nasugbu, Batangas.             

It is the desire of the researchers to understand methods and strategies develop an intervention plan that with provide insights on enhancing organizational management.


METHODOLOGY

This study used Qualitative approach using phenomenological research design. This type of approach aims to study the phenomenon or experience of people. Also, it gives an idea on how individuals or a group of people react or experience a certain phenomenon. A phenomenon is a rare occurrence or an experience of an individual that is not common. In this study, the researchers want to study about the effectiveness of communication strategies in organization for improving overall performance.             

This study was conducted at Barangay Cogunan, Nasugbu Batangas. The barangay was headed by Barangay Captain, with seven (7) councilors, one (1) SK chairman, and seven (7) SK councilors.             

Using Convenience Sampling, the researchers selected five (5) participants who were convenient to be part in this study. Participants were between 19-63 years old. They were residents in Barangay Cogunan, Nasugbu Batangas.


RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS

1. The Local Organization invest in training programs to improve communication skills among employees at all levels of the organization. 

2. Employees should aware of their roles and responsibilities, which promotes teamwork.

3. Ensure messages are clear, concise, and easy to understand to avoid misinterpretation.


Table 1: Methods used by the organizations

R1Sa bawat lugar ng Barangay, may mga kabataang nag rerepresenta sa kanilang komunidad. Sila ay nagbabahagi ng kanilang mga ideya sa isa't isa at kung kinakailangan, maaari akong makipag-ugnayan sa mga representante sa pamamagitan ng tawag o chat para sa impormasyon. Pagkatapos, ipapadala nila ang mga update sa lahat ng tao sa kanilang komunidad. Sa ganitong paraan, ang konsehal ng Youth Council o SK ay maaaring magbigay ng anumang kailangang impormasyon para sa maayos na komunikasyon sa organisasyon, gamit ang tawag o chat. (In each area of the Barangay, young people will represent their community. They'll share their thoughts with each other and If needed, I can reach out to these representatives via call or chat for information. Then, they'll pass on the updates to everyone in their community. This way, communication between the youth councilor, the representatives, and the community will be smooth and effective.)

(As a public official, it's important to lead by example. Before preaching to others, ensure you practice what you preach. For instance, if you promote clean and green project, start by keeping your own surroundings clean. By setting a positive example, you encourage others to follow the same, this makes it easier to do programs well in your area.)
R3Ang unang hakbang ay upang bumuo ng tiwala at tiwala sa mga kabataan at komunidad. (The first step is to build trust in the youth and the community.)
R4Una, mahalaga na makilala ang mga taong tatanggap ng mga mensahe ng organisasyon. Dahil mag kakaiba ang bawat isa, mahalagang isaalang- alang ang mga pangangailangan at kagustuhan ng audience kapag nag bibigay ng impormasyon. HAlimbawa, kung ang audience ay binubuo ng mga senior citizen, dapat ipresenta ang impormasyon sa paraang madaling maintindihan ay ma-access nila. Gayundin, kung ang audience ay mula sa ibang bansa, ang paggamit ng isang pangunahing wika tulad ng ingles ay makakatulong sa mas mabuting komunikasyon. Ang pag unawa sa target audience ay nakatutulong sa pag-aayos ng mga mensahe ayon sa kanilang mga pangangailangan at pag titiyak ng epektibong komunikasyon. (First, it's important to identify the people who will receive the organization's messages. Since everyone is different, it's crucial to consider the audience's needs and preferences when communicating information. For instance, if the audience consists of senior citizens, the information should be presented in a way that they can easily understand and access. Similarly, if the audience is from a different country, using a universal language like English can facilitate better communication. Understanding the target audience helps tailor messages to their needs and ensures effective communication.)
R5Ang pagkilala at pag-unawa sa ating target audience ay ang unang bagay na ginagawa namin bilang mga miyembro ng isang organisasyon ng pamahalaan batay sa ilang mga kadahilanan. Dahil hindi lahat ng miyembro ng ating target audience ay nasa parehong lugar sa buhay, ginagamit namin ang mga platform ng social media upang mag-edukasyon at magbigay ng kaalaman sa mga taong maaaring mag-access sa internet. Bukod dito, ginagamit namin ang mas karaniwang pamamaraan, tulad ng pisikal na pagbisita sa kanilang mga tahanan, para sa mga walang access. (Knowing and being acquainted with our target audience is the first thing we do as members of a government organization based on several factors. Considering that not every member of our intended audience is in the same place in life, we used social media platforms to educate and provide knowledge to those who could access the internet. Additionally, we employed more conventional techniques, such as physically visiting their homes, for those without access.)


Interpretation for Table 1:

All the participants' responses are about communication channels, self-application, audience analysis and building trust. Table 1 shows the methods that respondents used. Two (2) directly stated that communication channels were their way or method to deliver the messages to the target audiences. It utilizes calls or chat messages to communicate and to disseminate information. Three (3) said about self-application, audience analysis and building trust. Self-application is crucial for them that they can apply it to their selves ensuring that they are leading by example. Audience analysis is also essential. It refers to the process of identifying and understanding the characteristics, references, needs, and behaviors of the target audiences for a particular message or communication. Building trust is an essential component of effective communication and organizational success. Trust forms the foundation of positive relationships, fosters collaboration, and enhance engagement within teams.                

The result was connected to the study of Z Arab (2019) which stated the importance of effective communication strategies within organizations. It also helped local official to make sure that the information was transmitted to their members. On the other hand, the officials were guided by choosing the right method they are going to use to avoid misunderstanding between them and other people and to build a good relationship by having a good communication strategy.

R1Kami ay isang grupo ng mga kabataang nag paplano na mag host ng isang pag titipon. Kung mayroong hindi sigurado, gagawa kami ng mas maliit na mga grupo sa bawat lugar para mas maging komportable sila. Alam naming at mauunawaan naming ang kabusyhan ng bawat isa, nagunit mananatili kaming nakikipag-uganay sa pamamagitan ng mga group chat upang tiyakin na lahat ay maaaring maging bahagi nito. (We are group of young people planning to host an event or gathering. If anyone’s unsure, we’ll make smaller groups in each area so they feel more comfortable. We know and understand everyone’s busy, but we’ll stay in touch through group chats to make sure everyone can be part of it.)
R2Sa bawat barangay mayroong isang grupo ng mga kabataan, kailangan nila upang sumali isang beses para sa lahat, makipag-usap sa kanilang mga opisyal na unang, gumawa ng mga kaibigan sa lahat sa paligid mo, na alam mo ay maaaring makatulong sa iyo, kabilang ang mga manggagawa ng kalusugan ang lahat ng mga kadahilanan ng iyong site, ang lahat nila ay kailangan upang simulan na maging isang palakaibigan, kapag ikaw ay nagtanong sa kanila para sa isang programa, minsan sila ay ang organisasyon mismo, sila ang kanilang sarili ay tumungo sa iyo upang ipakilala ang kanilang programa. (In every barangay there is a group of young people, they need to participate once for all, talk to their officers first, make friends with everyone around you, who you know can help you, including health workers all the factors of your site, all of them need to start be a friendly, once you ask them for a program, sometimes they are the organization itself, they themselves will approach you to introduce their program. It's like me that I will teach earlier to spread out in the Barangay and fulfill usually the bottom line of that, all the sectors under your jurisdiction need the leaders & officers, I need to make friends first.)
R3Para maging maayos at makapaglingkod nang epektibo sa komunidad, mahalaga na magkaunawaan at mag-interact ang bawat isa, maging residente man o ibang kasapi ng organisasyon. (To work well together and serve the community effectively, it's important to communicate and interact with each other, whether you're a resident or someone else involved in the organization.)
R4Sa tingin ko, ang pinakamahusay na paraan upang gawing mas inclusibo ang mga lugar ay sa pamamagitan ng epektibong komunikasyon. Kapag tiyak ng organisasyon na ang lahat ng mga miyembro ay nakakapag-usap nang maayos, mas napapaganda ang kapaligiran sa trabaho. Sa paggamit ng iba't ibang paraan ng komunikasyon, madali para sa mga tao na makipag-ugnayan sa isa't isa, na nagpapabuti sa bawat isa. (I think the best way to create a more inclusive workplace is through effective communication. When organization ensure that all members communicate well with each other, the work environment gets better. Using different ways to communicate helps people connect easily, making everything more positive.)
R5Sa digital na panahon ngayon, maraming tao ang gumagamit ng social media at high-tech na mga gadgets. Dahil dito, madali para sa mga kumpanya na magbahagi ng impormasyon at gawing mas mabilis at mas maayos ang trabaho. Bagamat mas matagal ang mga tradisyunal na paraan, ang paggamit ng digital na tools ay nagbubukas ng mga bagong oportunidad para sa mga kumpanya na mag-eksperimento. (In today's digital era, almost half of the world's population is connected through social media and advanced gadgets. This means organizations can use these platforms to share information widely, making work easier and more efficient. While traditional methods may take more time, embracing digital tools can open up opportunities for organizations to explore.)


Interpretation for Table 2:

All the respondent's responses were about channels of communication used by the organization to ensure that the messages are targeted to a variety of audiences. Table 2 showed the channels of communication that respondent's used. Two (2) directly said that mass media are their way or method. The process through which human beings make sense of the world through interpretation and share meaning with one another. Three (3) tell about social media, mass media and internet forum. Social media utilize calls or chats messages to communicate and to disseminate information. Mass media is the means of communication that reach large numbers of people in a short time, such as television, newspaper, magazine and radio that can help local officials to deliver some information. Lastly, internet forum process of sharing information easily and widely.

The result was connected to the study of Sanina (2017) which stated that the advantages of using different communication channels and multi-channel communication strategies. It helps local official like Mayor, Barangay Captain, Sk chairman and so on to make sure that the information is transmitted to their members.

R1Upang magkaroon ng epektibong komunikasyon sa iba't ibang paniniwala o relihiyon, mahalaga na magkasundo at magkaunawaan tayo. Importante rin na malaman ko ang kanilang mga paniniwala, habang dapat nilang respetuhin at unawain ang komunikasyon sa isa't isa. (For effective communication across various beliefs or religions, it's essential to agree and understand one another. It's also important for me to learn about their beliefs, while they should respect and understand communication with each other.)
R2Sa Cogonan, may dalawang pangunahing relihiyon: Katoliko at Born-Again Christian. May sariling simbahan dito ang mga Born-Again Christians. Kapag mayroong magandang ideya, kahit ano pa ang kanilang relihiyon, sila ay tinutulungan ng mga opisyal ng barangay. Halimbawa, kung may gustong magtayo ng proyekto, kasama ang mga lider mula sa parehong relihiyon, at iniimbitahan ang lahat sa Cogonan, maging Katoliko man o Born-Again Christian, na sumali. Nais namin na ang bawat isa sa aming komunidad ay magkaroon ng halaga at masama-sama, anuman ang kanilang paniniwala sa relihiyon. (In Cogonan, we have two main religions: Catholic and Born-Again Christian. The Born-Again Christians have their own chapel here. When anyone, no matter their religion, comes to the barangay officials with a good idea, they get help. For example, if someone wants to start a project, leaders from both religions are involved, and everyone in Cogonan, whether Catholic or Born-Again Christian, is encouraged to join in. We want everyone in our community to feel valued and included, no matter their religious beliefs.)
R3Dapat nating igalang at palakasin ang ugnayan sa isa't isa, at maingat nating pag-isipan ang ating hinaharap. (We should respect and build relationships with each other, and we need to consider our future carefully.)
R4Sa inklusibong komunikasyon, ang layunin ay tiyakin na maintindihan ng lahat, anuman ang kanilang pagkakaiba. Ang pagiging inclusibo ay tumutulong na maabot ang mas malawak na audience, hindi lamang para sa promosyon, kundi pati na rin para sa suporta, lalo na para sa target audience ng organisasyon. Ang ganitong paraan ay nakakatulong sa organisasyon sa pamamagitan ng pagtitiyak na mas maraming tao ang nakakaunawa sa kanilang mensahe at layunin. (In inclusive communication, the goal is to make sure everyone can understand, no matter their differences. Being inclusive helps reach a wider audience, not just for promotion, but also for support, especially for the organization's target audience. This approach benefits the organization by making sure more people understand its message and intentions.)
R5May maraming paraan upang ipahayag ang iyong mga saloobin at ideya sa iba. Sa kasalukuyang panahon, ang mga plataporma ng social media ay maaaring magkaroon ng positibong epekto sa pag-abot sa mga taong mas mahilig magpahayag online. Gayunpaman, para sa mga hindi gumagamit ng social media, ang mga pakikipag-usap sa harap-harapan o magiliw na mga pag-uusap ang pinakamabisang paraan upang positibong impluwensiyahan sila. Parehong nakikinabang ang audience at ang organisasyon sa pamamagitan ng diretso at malapitang pagpapalitan ng impormasyon. (There are many ways to share your thoughts and ideas with others. In today's modern world, social media platforms can have a positive impact on reaching people who are more expressive online. However, for those not on social media, face-to-face interviews or friendly conversations are the best way to positively influence them. Both methods benefit the audience and the organization by exchanging information directly.)


Interpretation for Table 3:              

All the participants response was about inclusive communication approach within an organization. Table 3 showed that the participants know that they are able to build an inclusive or good communication. Three (3) directly said that active listening is their way to communicate and listening or responding. They beyond simply hear their responses to be able feel that they are valued and included in their community. It also crucial in organization success by fostering better communication. Two (2) tell about feedback and visual communication. Feedback typically refers to the evaluation, assessment, or commentary on how effectively a particular communication approach or plan has been implemented. It involves providing insights, suggestions, critiques, or compliments on the communication strategies. Visual communication is a powerful and effective form of communication that can enhance understanding, engagement, and retention of information.             

The result was connected to the study of Barret (2020) which stated that inclusive communication is essential for creating a supportive and welcoming environment where all individuals feel valued, respected, and heard. Connecting effective communication strategies such as transparent communication, active listening, and feedback mechanisms to an inclusive communication approach can significantly enhance organizational success and employee engagement.

R1Mahalaga na ipakita sa kanila na seryoso ako sa aking posisyon. Bilang bahagi ng konseho ng kabataan, binibigyan namin ng prayoridad ang mga internal na pulong bago makipag-ugnayan sa ibang kabataan. Mayroon din kaming isang pahina kung saan namin ibinabahagi ang aming mga saloobin, dahil mahalaga ang social media para maabot ang mga kabataan sa kasalukuyang panahon. (It's important to show them that I'm taking my position seriously. As part of the youth council, we prioritize internal meetings before engaging with other youth. We also have a page where we share our concerns, as social media is crucial for reaching young people nowadays.)
R2Ang pagiging lider ay tulad ng pagiging konsehal, kung saan hindi mo kailangang maging perpekto, kundi mabuti sa iyong trabaho. Titingalain ka ng iyong koponan, kahit mayroong presidente. Ngunit ang liderato ay higit sa pagiging mabuti lamang; ito ay tungkol sa pag-unawa sa iyong papel at mahusay na pakikipag-ugnayan. Upang mamuno nang epektibo, kailangan mong magtagumpay sa iyong mga responsibilidad at maunawaan ang mga pangangailangan ng iyong koponan. Mahalaga na magtuon sa lahat ng aspeto ng liderato, mula sa pakikipagtulungan sa mga kapitan hanggang sa mga konsehal at mga barangay health worker. Ginagamit namin ang iba't ibang mga kasangkapan sa komunikasyon tulad ng social media at group chat upang matiyak ang epektibong koordinasyon, kabilang ang pag-organisa ng mga pulong upang talakayin ang mga isyu sa komunidad tulad ng pang-aabuso sa droga. (Being a leader is like being a councilor, where you don't have to be perfect, just good at your job. Your team will look up to you, even if there's a president. But leadership goes beyond just being good; it's about understanding your role and communicating well. To lead effectively, you must excel in your responsibilities and understand your team's needs. It's crucial to focus on all aspects of leadership, from working with captains to councilors and barangay health workers. We use different communication tools like social media and group chats to ensure effective coordination, including organizing meetings to address community issues like drug abuse.)
R3Ang pagkakaroon ng magandang relasyon sa iba, lalo na sa mga nangangailangan ng tulong, ay maaaring magbigay sa iyo ng lakas ng loob. (Having a good relationship with others, especially those who seek help, can provide you with inner strength.)
R4Malakas ang paniniwala ko na ang papel ng isang lider ay mahalaga sa anumang organisasyon o grupo. Dapat nilang magbigay ng halimbawa, magtakda ng mga layunin, at makipag-ugnayan nang epektibo sa mga kasapi at sa nasasakupan upang mapabuti ang komunikasyon, dapat makinig ang mga lider sa opinyon ng mga kasapi. Bago simulan ang isang proyekto o layunin, dapat mangalap ng suhestiyon mula sa mga kasapi ang mga lider upang mapabuti ito. Ang ganitong kolaboratibong paraan ay nagpapalakas ng mas mabuting pag-unawa sa pagitan ng mga lider at mga kasapi, na nagreresulta sa mas epektibong mga proyekto (I strongly believe that a leader's role is vital in any organization or group. They must set an example, establish goals, and communicate effectively with members and the audience. To improve communication, leaders should listen to members' input. Before starting a project or goal, leaders should gather feedback from members to enhance it. This collaborative approach fosters better understanding between leaders and members, resulting in more effective projects.)
R5Bilang isang Lider ng Kabataan, mahalaga ang komunikasyon sa lahat. Hindi lang tungkol sa ating mga salita at aksyon kundi pati na rin kung paano natin ipakikilos ang ating mga sarili sa iba. Ang pagkakaunawaan ay mahalaga sa liderato—ito ay nangangahulugang nauunawaan natin ang damdamin at ideya ng iba, tinatanggap ang kanilang mga opinyon, at pinaparamdam sa kanila na mahalaga sila sa organisasyon. Ang isang lider ay umaasa sa suporta ng ibang mga miyembro, kaya mahalaga na hanapin ang kanilang mga opinyon at suhestiyon upang tiyakin na nauunawaan ng lahat ang impormasyon. (As a Youth Leader, communication with everyone is crucial. It's not only about our words and actions but also about how we convey ourselves to others. Empathy is key in leadership—it means understanding others' feelings and ideas, accepting their opinions, and ensuring they feel valued in the organization. A leader relies on the support of other members, so it's important to seek their opinions and suggestions to ensure everyone is understand the information.)


Interpretation for Table 4:             

All the participants’ responses were about having an effective communication within the organization. Table 4 showed that the participants know that they are able to build a good communication with the environment. Two (2) directly said that Effective communication in organizations relies heavily on role models who lead by example. These individuals show clarity, listen actively, and empathize with others, encouraging open communication. This fosters trust, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose among team members. Smooth communication boosts productivity and strengthens relationships, ultimately creating a harmonious work environment where everyone thrives. On the other hand, two (2) directly said that communication within an organization is the key to success. It's about more than just exchanging information. One (1) tell about Decision-making means choosing the best option from a bunch. 

The result was connected to the study of Barrett (2020) which stated that both passages of good communication in organizations. They highlight how clear communication, active listening, empathy, and leading by example all play a vital role in creating a positive workplace, engaging employees, and achieving success as a team.   


Table 5: Assessing Feedback and Effectiveness in their community.

R1Ang iyong mga aksyon ang mas mahalaga kaysa sa salita; huhusgahan ka ng mga tao batay sa kanilang nakikita na iyong ginagawa. Bilang SK Chairperson, makakatanggap ka ng positibong at negatibong feedback dahil hindi natin palaging kontrolado kung ano ang naririnig ng mga tao tungkol sa atin. (Your actions speak louder than words; people will judge based on what they see you do. As SK Chairperson, you'll receive both positive and negative feedback because we can't always control what people hear about us.)
R2Simula ito sa atin, lalo na sa Barangay, kung saan nagsisimula ito sa buong Barangay Council mula sa Chairman hanggang sa Councilor. Ang kanilang budget o organisasyon ay nabubuo kapag may mga salungatan, kaya ang aming unang layunin ay magkaroon ng proyekto kung saan lahat ay sang-ayon, upang maging masigla kami. Sa ganitong paraan, mapapabilis ang tulong ng bawat isa sa barangay. (It starts with us, especially in the Barangay, where it begins with the entire Barangay Council from the Chairman to the Councilor. Their budget or organization is formed when there are conflicts, so our first goal is to have a project where everyone agrees, to make us more enthusiastic. In this way, the assistance of each person in the barangay will be speed up.)
R3Kahit na mayaman o mahirap ka, ang bangka ay palaging nasa gitna. Matagal na kaming nagtatrabaho ng mabuti sa loob ng tatlong buwan ngayon, nakakamit ang 87% na rate ng tagumpay, ngunit hindi namin maaaring balewalain ang negatibong feedback mula sa iba. (Whether you're rich or poor, the boat is always in the middle. We've been working hard for three months now, achieving an 87% success rate, but we can't overlook the negative feedback from others.)
R4Para sa akin, epektibo ang mga estratehiya sa komunikasyon kapag nakakamit nito ang mga layunin. Parang sa kahalagahan, ang kahalagahan ba ay hindi ba't sinusukat ang dapat nitong sukatin? Sa pag-evaluate ng epekto at kahusayan ng mga estratehiya sa komunikasyon, ang pangunahing layunin ay ang pag-abot sa mga itinakdang target. Sa tingin ko, hindi natin kailangan ng espesyal na pagsusuri para malaman kung epektibo ang proyekto. Ang mahalaga lang ay kung nagtagumpay ito at kung natamo ang mga layunin. (For me, communication strategies are effective when they achieve their goals. It's like with validity, isn't validity measured by what it's supposed to measure? In evaluating the impact and efficiency of communication strategies, the main goal is reaching the set targets. I think we don't need a special assessment to determine if the project is effective. The important thing is whether it succeeded and if the goals were achieved.)
R5Maaari nating malaman kung epektibo ang ating mga pamamaraan sa pamamagitan ng mga tugon na nakukuha natin. Halimbawa, sa KK Profiling, ginamit namin ang social media at Google forms upang ipamahagi ang impormasyon na kinakailangan. Binantayan namin kung ilan sa mga kabataan ang tumugon sa mga form. Bukod dito, sa bawat lugar sa aming barangay, siguradong mayroong taong nagbibigay ng impormasyon para malaman natin na lahat ay kasama. (We can tell if our methods are working by looking at the responses we get. For instance, with KK Profiling, we used social media and Google forms to spread the info we needed. We kept track of how many young people responded to the forms. Also, in every area of our barangay, we made sure there's someone to give out info, so we know everyone's included.)


Interpretation for Table 5: 

All the participants response are about the effectiveness of its communication strategies. Table 5 showed that the participants know that they are able to give feedback in organization. Two (2) directly said that Feedback is like a roadmap that helps teams navigate towards success. It's crucial for making things better, whether it's refining how we work, planning our next steps, or helping each other grow. Three (3) tell about being consistent in communication means always sharing your message in the same way, whether you're talking on social media, email, or anywhere else. It's about keeping things steady and reliable so people know what to expect from you each time they hear from you. Active listening, it is really important for good communication because it means really paying attention when someone is talking to you, understanding what they're saying, and giving them the right response. When you actively listen, you show the person speaking that you respect them, and you learn important things from them. It also helps you avoid arguments, sort out problems, and build trust, which makes your communication better overall.

The result was connected to the study of Gerenova (2019) which stated that both passages highlight the importance of effective communication in organizations. They stress the need for clear communication channels, quality interaction, and understanding to make informed decisions. Additionally, they discuss how organizational culture influences communication effectiveness. Both passages also emphasize the crucial role of feedback in improving communication practices and fostering growth within organizations.


CONCLUSION     

1.   Most of the participants answers on methods on communication strategies are communication channels, self-application, audience analysis and building trust.      

2.  Most of the participants answers on channels of communication are mass media, social media, and internet forum while in good communication are active listening, feedback and visual communication.      

3. Most of the participants answer on effective communication strategies are effective communication, communication within the organization and decision-making while in assessing feedback are feedback, being consistent in communication and active listening. 


RECOMMENDATION

1. The local organization invest in training programs to improve communication skills among employees at all levels of the organization. 

2. Organizations should ensure that employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities, which promotes teamwork. 

3. Organizations should ensure messages are clear, concise, and easy to understand to avoid misinterpretation.

Effective Communication – this term aims to ensure about their responsibilities and it helps to boost morale and productivity. It is also the key for better team cooperation.     

Communication - communication helps in ensuring that everyone within the organization understands their roles, responsibilities, and expectations. This clarity reduces ambiguity and prevents misunderstanding that can hinder performance. 

Strategic Communication - strategic communication helps align organizational goals with communication objectives. By clearly defining and communicating these objectives, all members of the organization understand what needs to be achieved and how their roles contribute to that goal. 

Organization - this term is used as the main subject which provides different communication strategies. 

Interpersonal Communication - interpersonal communication fosters the development of strong relationships among employees within the organization. Technological Communication – this term was used as real-time communication such as messaging platforms, video conferencing tools and collaboration among team members, regardless of their geographical location. This immediate exchange of information can lead to quicker decision-making and problem solving to enhance an overall organizational performance. 

Feedback – it refers to improve everyone's communication in the organization so that everyone's communication can be smooth and it also helps to encourage other people to join an organization, therefore the communication strategies help to avoid distraction and improve the communication with each other.

Leadership - it refers to establish clear communication channels, ensuring that messages are understood and aligned with organizational goals. 

Cultural - cultural understanding is indispensable for developing communication strategies that resonate with diverse stakeholders, fosters collaboration and innovation, resolve conflicts, and drive organizational performance in an increasingly multicultural and globalized business environment. 

Performance - performance metrics provide essential insights for evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies, optimizing communication channels, aligning efforts with organizational goals and culture, and continuously improving communication practices to drive enhanced organizational performance.
